The law firm is basictly managed by 3 equity partners.
The founder of the law firm is Luigia Palma, tax lawyer with a strong experience in the tax and corporate affairs.
Current managing partner is Pietro Boria, lawyer specialised in commercial, corporate and tax practices; full professor in Tax law; author of a lot of academic essays and books about national and European Union taxation.
The third equity partner is Filippo Varazi, tax lawyer with competence in corporate and tax, international transactions, tax planning; professor in Tax law; author of some academic papers and essays.
The seat of the law firm is in Rome.
PALMA BORIA has long-standing relationships with law firms in the most important commercial centres in Italy in order to give a full assistance to his clients throughout the whole country.
PALMA BORIA has also defined suitable relationships with international law firms and merchant banks with the aim to guarantee a complete service for the business needs of his clients.
